Last Order, in case you hadn't noticed, talks like a complete goon. All of the Misaka clones do, but she is by far the gooniest.
When she speaks it's as if she's narrating out dialogue and actions and, since this can be confusing, here is a tiny and slapdash guide to Last Order speech! Things in BOLD and red are things she says out loud.
"Misaka talks like this," says Misaka as Misaka explains how she talks.
That's pretty much what she says - and pretty much how most of her tags will be written. Prose RP changes it up, but it's still a little different from how a normal person would talk.
"Hmm..." Last Order scratched her head, looking over at the tag she had to answer with a slight frown before continuing her oh-so-important complaint. ""Misaka can't believe she doesn't RP more prose" says Misaka as Misaka laments her talent for the written word."
I... think that about covers it, but if you have a question about her way of speaking then don't hesitate to ask or whatever; I'd be happy to clear up any questions!
